Trinity Collegiate School Second Annual 50/50 Raffle
Back by popular demand—Trinity Collegiate School’s Second Annual 50/50 Raffle is here!
Support Trinity while entering for a chance to win a potentially life-changing cash prize. One winner will receive **50% of the total raffle proceeds**, while the remaining 50% will directly support Trinity’s students, programs, and campus initiatives.
Important Dates
**Fundraiser Launch:** Thursday, August 13, 2026
**Final Day of Ticket Sales:** Friday, October 2, 2026
**Drawing:** Friday, October 2, 2026, during the home varsity football game against Florence Christian
Students will learn more about the fundraiser during chapel on August 13. Information will also be sent to parents and guardians that day.
Digital Tickets: $20 Each
Tickets are available for a **$20 donation**, and there is no limit to the number of tickets a person may purchase.
All tickets will be sold digitally through **Givebutter**, Trinity’s official fundraising platform. No physical paper tickets will be issued.
Givebutter provides families and supporters with a simple online purchasing process while allowing Trinity to:
* Track each student’s ticket sales accurately
* Monitor campaign progress in real time
* Maintain accurate entry and financial records
* Provide live prize-payout updates
* Verify all eligible entries before selecting the winner
Each ticket purchased through a student’s digital sales page will count toward that student’s incentive totals.
How the 50/50 Raffle Works
For every ticket sold:
* 50% of the proceeds will go into the winner’s prize pot.
* 50% will directly support Trinity Collegiate School.
* One winner will be selected at random from all eligible digital entries.
* Final ticket records will be verified through Givebutter before the winner is announced.
Last year’s winner took home more than $50,000!

Student Incentives
Students will have several opportunities to earn rewards based on the number of tickets they sell.
Exam Exemptions
Students may earn up to **four exam exemptions**:
* **20 tickets sold:** One exam exemption
* **40 tickets sold:** Two exam exemptions
* **60 tickets sold:** Three exam exemptions
* **80 tickets sold:** Four exam exemptions
***100 Tickets sold ** Six exam exemptions
All exam exemptions are subject to Trinity’s academic policies, eligibility requirements, and administrative approval.
Student Cash Prizes
The top three student sellers will receive:
**First Place:** $1,500
**Second Place:** $1,000
**Third Place:** $500
Parent and Guardian Tuition Credits
The parents or guardians of the top three student sellers will also receive tuition credits:
**First Place:** 50% tuition credit — **$5,715**
**Second Place:** 25% tuition credit — **$2,857**
**Third Place:** 10% tuition credit — **$1,143**
That represents **$9,715 in tuition credits** and **$3,000 in student cash prizes**, for a combined total of **$12,715 in top-seller incentives!**
Tuition credits will be applied according to Business Office procedures and final administrative guidelines.
Homework Passes
Students will also have opportunities to earn homework passes by reaching designated ticket-sales milestones. The final requirements will be announced to students and parents before the fundraiser begins.
Follow the Campaign
Throughout the fundraiser, Trinity will share:
* Student leaderboard updates
* Total tickets sold
* Current estimated winner payout
* Weekly campaign videos
* Digital graphics and reminders
* Updates through school communication platforms and social media
* Announcements during chapel, athletic events, and the school day
TV screens across campus will display live campaign information. A mobile TV display will also be placed in the car line during morning drop-off and afternoon pickup to keep families updated on our progress.
Final Drawing Celebration
The winning entry will be selected on **October 2 during Trinity’s home varsity football game against Florence Christian**.
Final digital ticket records will be verified through Givebutter before the drawing, and the winner will be selected and announced in a transparent manner.
