INQUIRIES AND REQUESTING INFORMATION
Thank you for your interest in Trinity Collegiate School! We are pleased to connect with families who would like to learn more about our school, our community, and the admissions process for Trinity Collegiate School.
We invite you to take the first step by completing our Inquiry Form. This allows you to request additional information and connect directly with our Admissions Office. If you would like to experience Trinity first-hand, simply indicate your interest in a campus tour within the “Guardian Notes” section of the inquiry form.
You are also welcome to reach out directly to our Admissions Coordinator, Tripp Boykin, at tboykin@trinitycollegiate.org. We look forward to getting to know your family and helping you explore all that Trinity has to offer.
The Application Process
Applications for admission may be submitted at any time, and we encourage
families to apply when the time is right for them.
To begin the application for admission process, simply click here, or by clicking the Apply Now button at the top of this page. The first step in the admissions process is completing the online application and submitting all requested documentation. The application process is straightforward, and our team is here to assist you along the way.
Before a student may be considered for admission, the application file must include the following:
- A completed online application
- A $125 non-refundable application fee
- A copy of the applicant’s most recent report card or grade report
- A copy of transcripts for applicants entering grades 10–12, including all courses for which high school credit has been earned
- A copy of the applicant’s most recent standardized test results
- Copies of other requested school records, including discipline records, if applicable
Once the application is submitted and the application fee is paid, a confirmation email will be sent.
Please Note:
Although families may submit copies of records directly for the admissions review process, Trinity Collegiate School does not request records from a student’s current school at this stage. If an accepted student enrolls, official records will then be requested by Trinity Collegiate School. Copies submitted by the family are acceptable for application review.
If a student is accepted and enrolls, Trinity will then make an official request for records.
After the application is complete, the Admissions Coordinator and school administration will review the file. If the student and family meet the standards for enrollment at Trinity Collegiate, a formal offer of acceptance will be extended.
admissions review and decision
After all materials have been received, our Admissions
Coordinator and school leadership carefully review each application. Students who demonstrate a strong alignment with Trinity Collegiate’s academic standards, character expectations, and community values will be extended a formal offer of acceptance.
final step - enrollment packet completion
Upon acceptance, families will receive an official offer of access and access to the online Enrollment Packet. To secure a student’s place, a $500 enrollment deposit/placeholder is required at the time of submission. This deposit is applied toward the student’s total tuition.
